Position: Franchise Support Executive (Marketing - Contract Role)

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to Manager, you will be accountable for the following-

  1. Provide franchise support in areas of Ariba & ARAVO, data submission, Pre-& Post Event Documentation, file management, travel arrangement and adhoc office supply ordering
  2. As the main coordinator to assist Marketing Team for Pharmaceutical
  3. Open, sort, prioritize and distribute incoming communications and other provisions
  4. Maintain calendar(s) and arrange meetings
  5. Provide relevant staff with reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines
  6. Coordinate, prepare and edit reports and presentations
  7. Organize files, assemble relevant data, compile statistics or information as directed for use by others
  8. Make travel arrangement, prepare expense reports and process invoices, maintain financial and expense records
  9. Handle confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment
  10. Greet vendors and visitors
  11. Responsible for maintaining office environment
  12. Track action items and follow up on activities throughout the department to ensure projects/procedure are completed as required

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

  1. Degree or Diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in marketing and event coordination
  2. Demonstrate strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
  3. Good team-player with strong interdependent collaboration partnership
  4. Results oriented with high sense of urgency
  5. Independent, self-driven and change agent
