Internship Recruitment Coordinator

Compelling opportunities have arisen along our Internship Recruitment front, and we are on the lookout Recruiter and Coordinator to support a WORLDCLASS Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare client.

Your role is to deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. This will involve –

• Understanding hiring needs of the client
• Partnering to work with specified schools to gather the pool of interns
• Phone screening CVs based on JD requirements and floating CVs to the client
• Arranging virtual or face to face interviews
• Liaising with schools for paperwork for final shortlisted interns
• Any other ad-hoc activities

Requirements –
• Diploma/ Degree holder in any field, with some recruitment experience
• CEI certification is highly preferred
• Willing to support high volume recruitment activities across
