Solutions Lead (Digital Platform, APAC) (Contract role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technology engagement lead for business technology leaders
• Champion and advocate for our customers within the software delivery team (be their voice).
• Passionate about cross-team and cross-organization collaboration.
• Enable business capabilities through the use of digital technologies.
• Provide with gap analysis of current and future state, analyze data to facilitate informed decision making.
• Engage with senior business partners to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are crafted for successful delivery in a cloud-native environment.
• Perform technical product ownership role within the delivery team:
• Actively handling risks in the product backlog
• Managing release cycles across solutions and components of the eco-system
• Plan project checkpoints, resource and budget with Tech Leads.
• Work with regional location Tech and Ops teams to solution country specific requirements.
• Coach delivery team on lean delivery practices & techniques
• Identify any project risk and impacts and come up with recommendations to mitigate or manage them.
• Resolve any raised issues with the relevant partners and ensure the project outcomes to meet the business objectives.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• Tertiary education in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 6 years of software design, development, and operation experience in a cloud/digital environment
• 2 years as a technical business analyst / solution architect / SCRUM master / delivery lead in a product-led organization
• A self-starter and learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
• A natural leader who displays integrity, humility and responsibility, with good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Ability to quickly learn sophisticated systems and new technologies
• Big-picture thinking, while having an attention for detail
• Good understanding of data modelling and solution architecture (cloud & application)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapid evolving environment
• Experience in agile development process and user experience design is desired

 

Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:

• Prior experiences as a Technical Product Owner or Agile/Lean Delivery Lead
• Prior experience as in technical account management
• Certification in SCRUM Mastering, Product Ownership & Cloud Architecture an added advantage, but not required
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment will be a bonus
• Ability to demonstrate great learning agility
