Job Responsibilities:
The business unit of the organization is responsible for launching critical, life-saving products, and needs a Project Manager with experience in cold chain and transportation.
Transport Project Manager will be responsible for Inter-regional (global) and Intra-regional (APAC) lanes implementation. This person will work on a global complex project that supports a new product launch. Working closely within the core team, the Transport implementation Manager will lead below activities:
- Develop a project plan for APAC related lane implementation: Inter and Intra Regional lanes
- Responsible and accountable on all transport implementation related activities at lane level
- Connect regularly with APAC Quality to ensure and verify that transport cold chain requirements are captured and met before transport happens
- Sit in APAC project team as a core team member
- Work with different stakeholders within and outside of J&J related to transport
- Be the lane implementation SME for APAC
- Support program leader with weekly project reviews and risk management
- Work in a global team and environment covering multiple time zones

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Degree or diploma holder with 5 years of experience in Transportation management including air freight
- 3PL industry will be preferred
- Proven experience in Project Management, PMP or equivalent training preferred
- Problem solving mindset
- Pro-active and autonomous
- Proven records of similar regional project(s) within APAC or Global
- Being familiar with APAC countries specifies and work environment
- Ability to work in a matrix environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage complexity
- Key user of Microsoft Project
