Duties and Responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Manager, you will perform the following responsibilities-

 

• Provide Technical Support to the Power tools Repair in hospitals and clinics
• Taking responsibilities for commissioning and preventive maintenance work
• Managing Service Logistics for range of Power tools
• Managing Repair Centre Up keep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support
• Ability to perform under time constrain requirements
• Provide input and assistance in the overall administration function of the service centre area
• Quickly adapt and learn new technologies

 

Requirements

 

• O level or ITE with 0-6 months of experience in testing & commissioning of hospital machines and tools
• Good computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Structured, well-organized and detail oriented, yet able to multi task, prioritize and willing to take on new challenges
• Self-motivated and high initiative
• Flexible with working hours, able to put in extra effort when required
